I sent a comment on your blog, not sure if it went through...
Ken, it's been way too long. I was just listening to the Bone Decent demo that someone digitized and put up at the Indie Music Archive. It's sound pretty darn good. Then I remembered someone had told me you were doing solo stuff, and I found your site. I remain active in music, though, alas, with a day job. I've also migrated to country somewhat. Your stuff sounds really good. Would be great to see you sometime. Ruth and I (still together) still use the expression "I'm gettin' a shower" that you taught us!
Hi Ken: Happy New Year! I'm listening to this CD as I do my laundry and I'm enjoying every minute of it. My favorite is This Town of Mine. Keep up the good work. Hope you get back to Regina soon - we'll have a family get-together.
Hi there, this comment is a bit out of the blue, but nearly nine years ago, when you were still with the band "The Watchmen" you came to a school in the small town of Campbellford and did a little talk for the grade sevens in that class, I was there. Im not going to say you cuased me to become a musican, becuase well frankly i havent a musical bone in my body, instead it was the idea of attaining something that the average person jokes about, now I am well on my way to becoming a artist. Thank you man
Loved the show last week at The Horseshoe

Hi Ken,
I just saw you on TV (fishing show) so I thought I would check out your web site and music. By the way, I thought you were pretty funny on the show ... and shit, nice pike!
Regards,
Pat
Viewed your video Ken.
Great stuff.
Cheers.
Gord.
Old friend Kevin Y. steered me in your general direction. I must thank him, both for this and for reminding me how much I enjoy my Watchmen cd, both lyrically and melodically. Played it for my kids the other day... if a 4-year-old grooves to your tunes, you know you're hitting the right chord, so to speak. I look forward to having a good listen, and then sharing Quiet Storey House with him, when it arrives.
Best regards,
Liana in Kingston
I went down to the El Mocambo tonight to see your show and was disappointed to see it was canceled. I see you'll be playing at the Now Lounge soon and I'll be there for sure!

Another musical Tizzard. My brother is Scott Tizzard in Calgary. I also am musical and play drums/sing. was in a band for a couple years. Saw an article on you in our local paper a few years ago and was intrigued to see the Tizzard name in a place other than the |Newfie phonebook. ha ha Good on ya for your talent and fame. Take care and play on.
Great fudge and shortbread cookies....and YOU already know how much I love your CD!! Played it again for my family today...Sunday 17/12/06...my brother with CTV Windsor thinks your CD is HOT!!

Wow Ken, you seem to be out-doing yourself with every project you take on. You, in my opinion are truely one of the most versatile and talented artists out there today. I am a BLS avid fan, and I have become a huge fan of your work. Keep up the good work and dedication...
Wow, great stuff! It's great to see bass up front - when I found your solo site, I thought, "Oh, he's gone guitar on me," - but NO! This CD will be making a long-term appearance in my player momentarily...

Cheers.
Unbelievable concert at WESTBEN on Sat 1 July and Sun 2 July 2006. YOU ROCKED! Best I have seen yet. Holysmokes ken ... I a still speachless. TDL.
Ken, I already spoke to you July 1 eve @ Westben Gala, telling you how incredible your performance was, there was a sense of awe all around, you could see in peoples expressions, even tears brimming at points...the orchestral background, and that amazing Brian Finley at piano was almost(for me) emotionally overwhelming at times.I was stunned hearing the mix of Brian's piano, orchestra, and guitar...wondering how it would all come together, and WOW!! So many of us in the chorus just felt so priveleged to hear you play twice...and many of us bought your CD...I phoned my daughter and told her to check out your website as she lives in CBS outside of St John's, and they spend lots of time downtown... so hopefully will get to see you there at the Ships Inn. Anyways you were
so amazing, "fantastic" is not word enough...awesome seems to fit more... will see you around for sure....have a great tour in the eastcoast, you have a wonderful gift, don't be nervous...be confident your sound is so unique...not heard out there these days...be encouraged by this weekend,
your solo work will go far!
Bravo, Bravo!!
